1. Services
BCG Technology, a trade name of Big City Graphics, Inc., leases websites to businesses in the United States and Canada to help them generate leads and improve online visibility.

1.1 Website Leasing Model
  • We own all websites that we lease to clients.
  • Clients pay a monthly subscription fee for access to their leased website.
  • Leads generated by the websites are sent to both us and the client.
1.2 Subscription & Payments
  • Clients must pay their subscription fees on time to maintain access to their leased website.
  • We may offer different pricing plans, which are subject to change with notice.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to the leased website
2. Account Registration
  • To lease a website, you may need to create an account.
  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Ownership & Intellectual Property
  • We own all leased websites and their content, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Clients do not acquire ownership of the leased websites.
  • Any modifications made by the client to the leased website remain our property.
  • Clients may not copy, resell, or redistribute the leased website without permission.
4. Use of Services
You agree not to:
  • Use the leased website for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights.
  • Interfere with or disrupt our Services.
  • Engage in spamming, hacking, or any malicious activities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a client's access if they violate these terms.

5. Data Collection & Privacy
  • We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Leads collected from leased websites are shared between us and the client.
  • We may use third-party vendors for hosting, analytics, and payment processing.
6. Third-Party Services
  • Some leased websites may integrate third-party tools (e.g., payment processors, analytics, advertising).
  • We are not responsible for third-party services or any issues arising from their use.
7. Termination
  • Clients may cancel their subscription at any time, but no refunds are provided for partial months.
  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if a client fails to comply with these Terms.
  • Upon termination, the client loses access to the leased website immediately.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of LiabilityOur Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
  • We do not guarantee a specific number of leads or business success from leased websites
9. Governing Law
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
10. Changes to These Terms
  • We may update these Terms from time to time.
  • Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
